How to Apply to AMA-AP Campus?

1. Submit Your Application: Download the application form from our website, complete it, and email it to info@ama-zsmu.edu.pl. Ensure all scanned copies of your documents are high-quality, clear, and in good contrast.
2. Document Review: Our admissions team will review your application and documents. You will receive a response within 1-3 business days, either with a Conditional Acceptance Letter outlining the next steps or a Notification of Refusal.
3. Acceptance Confirmation: After carefully reviewing your Conditional Acceptance Letter, sign it, and return the signed 5th page. At this point, you will need to pay the applicable processing fee as outlined in the acceptance letter.
4. Payment Confirmation: Once we receive your payment and it has been confirmed in our account, we will send you an Acknowledgment Letter confirming the receipt of your fee.
5. Apostille Your Academic Documents: You (or your representative) are responsible for submitting your school certificates with transcripts (or your Bachelor’s Diploma and National Exam Results) to the Polish Embassy in your country for apostille. In some cases, documents may first need to be legalized by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in your country.
6. Document Submission: After obtaining the apostille, send us copies of your apostilled academic documents. We will submit these to the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs for approval. Upon approval, we will issue you a Letter of Acceptance from the University.
7. Visa Process: Once your approval is received, prepare the necessary documentation and schedule an appointment for a visa interview at the Polish Embassy in your country. If securing an appointment is challenging, we can assist in facilitating this process.
8. Support at Every Stage: We provide guidance and support throughout the entire process, including preparation for your visa interview.
