Overview of the Master`s Program in Nursing

AMA invites international candidates with 3 years nursing diploma and those candidates, who have the 3 + 1 year (we prefer to take bachelor degree holders "BSc nursing degree”).

Nurse candidates come to our campus in Poland for two years of Master’s program in Nursing in English (4 semesters). While doing the Master's degree, we will also prepare the candidates for the NCLEX-RN (USA nursing licensee).

The NCLEX training can be completed and can also pass the exam during the 1st year of Master’s studies. The Masters`s nursing degree curriculum is the USA integrated curriculum (some USA courses are added to the European curriculum). Upon passing the NCLEX Nursing license, candidates can apply for the USA jobs and all can end up working in the USA by the time that they complete the Master’s program/studies.

AMA is also offering a one-month study tour program in the USA for our Master’s students in Poland. After they pass the US nursing license (after the 1st year of studies), they can apply for jobs in the USA and settle there at that time too.

The other best options include possibility for our master’s students to work in Poland (they can earn up to US$2,500 monthly salary in Poland) OR candidates can work in other EU countries including Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, the UK, Ireland, and Scandinavian countries, etc. or any part of the world.

Poland is an EU country and candidates will have EU residency during the study period. Candidates can move to other EU countries much easier, especially with the Master’s degree in Nursing (all kinds of professional opportunities will open to the graduates). AMA has a partnership with other leading Polish universities.

Those candidates who would like to work in France, Italy, and Germany, would get free language lessons from the beginning without any additional costs. For those candidates, securing B-level language skills (French or Italian, or German) can secure employment with the AMA network of partner hospitals and healthcare facilities in these countries.

Nurses earn on average between Euro 3,500 to Euro 4,500 per month, gross at these EU hospitals & healthcare facilities. Also, have the possibility to earn more depending upon each situation and the candidate's qualifications & experience.
