AMA-ZSMU Medical Campus Admission Process

PART I

Application Submission for Assessment

Documents Required for Application:

  1. Application form
  2. Passport
  3. Photograph
  4. Class 10th Certificate
  5. Class 12th /A Level/IB
  6. Health Certificate
  7. English Proficiency / IELTS Score helpful (not required for those candidates who complete the high school studies in English medium)
  8. Migration Certificate
  9. Registration Fee/ 50$

Other important procedures

  • AMA-ZSMU University Campus issues the Admission Letter
  • Students pay the Tuition Fee
  • Students pay the required service charges
  • Students apply for a visa in the concerned embassy
  • After securing a visa student has to pay for the first and last month of student hostel 

PART II

  • After Assessment of the Application based on candidate's motivation, predisposition and the English language knowledge for medical studies and the medical profession.
  • An interview will be scheduled under the condition of submission of all required documents
  • The candidate may be interviewed in person or by means of electronic communication provided that all the required documentation is presented and the recruitment fee is paid

 

Final procedures

  • Students receive the visa and plan their travel to Poland
  • Students will arrive in Poland and picked up at the airport and taken to the hostel
  • Students report to the international office and start their studies

Documents Required for Admission

Certificate Attestation from MEA and HRD Ministry (it is important to bring the original documents to Poland)
